These terms cover your use of torontosnowremovalcompany.ca and any quote request you send through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Quotes
A price we send from your address and photos is a quote, not a contract. It is confirmed on a site check before the season starts, and it can change at that point if the property differs from what the photos showed. Nothing is booked until you accept a written contract.
2. Contracts
Service is governed by the written contract you accept, including the trigger depth, salting terms, season dates and price. Where the contract and this website differ, the contract applies.
3. Contacting you
When you send a quote request you agree that we may call, text or email you about that request. We do not add you to marketing lists. How we handle your information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
4. Information on this site
Guides and area pages, including summaries of municipal snow bylaws, are general information. Bylaws change; check with your municipality before relying on them. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
5. Photos you send
Photos you upload are used only to quote and service your property. Please send only photos you have the right to share.
6. Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent Ontario law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website itself. Liability for snow removal work is set out in your service contract.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: contact us.
