What the contract covers
Driveway & walkway clearing
One flat price for the winter, from your address and a couple of photos. Your driveway, front walk and steps get cleared once snowfall passes the trigger depth in your contract, and you get a time-stamped note after each visit.
Salting & ice melt
Clearing snow is half the job. Ice on the front steps at 7 a.m. is the other half. Salting is quoted per visit or folded into your seasonal contract, and the product is matched to the temperature, not one bag for everything.
Snow plowing (plow-truck driveways)
Some driveways are a shovel job. A double-wide, a long shared drive, a laneway that serves six garages or a private road is a plow job. This is the plow-truck side of the seasonal contract: one price for the winter, cleared when snowfall passes the trigger depth, with the plow pile stacked where you agreed at the site check.
Same-day & emergency on-call
Not every job is a season-long contract. A storm dumps 30 cm the night before a closing, a plow windrow traps the car, a tenant's laneway is impassable, or a plaza has to open at nine. Same-day and emergency clearing is on call through the season for exactly that: one visit, one price quoted before we roll.

For a lot of households the problem is not the driveway. It is the six steps to the front door and the path to the car. This contract puts the walk, steps and any ramp first, with salting included, and tells you each time the job is done.

Homeowner questions
- What do I need to send for a price?
- The address and two or three photos taken from the street toward the house so the driveway, walk and steps are visible. That is enough for a seasonal price; a short site check before the season confirms it.
- What if a storm keeps going after you clear?
- Return visits happen when accumulation passes the trigger again. That is what the trigger depth in the contract is for.
- I do not want a contract, just my driveway cleared today. Can you?
- Yes. Same-day and emergency clearing is a one-time, per-visit price. Text the address and a photo and you get a price and the earliest slot.
- Can you clear the plow windrow at the end of my driveway?
- Yes, the apron and any windrow left by the municipal plow are part of clearing the driveway. Where a city runs its own windrow program for eligible residents, we tell you on the quote.
